Tidal Wave of Joy (4014)

This is the first of a series of paintings I have produced from sketches made during my first trip out of 'Lockdown'. A visit to my local Northumberland coast in the U.K. looking down on to the rock strata on the beach with the tide slowly coming in. I was so happy to be there getting my 'sea fix' that I enjoyed exaggerating the beautiful colours to be found in the rock.
